The team has high school students from Burlington, Mercer, Gloucester
and Hunterdon Counties in New Jersey, and college students from
Rowan University, Burlington County College, and Mercer County College.

various companies including Millenium Cell, H-Power, Consolidated
Edison, and Fully Independent Residential Solar Technologies. Some

Our team has two leaders. Michael Skelly, Sr. is the Electric Blue
project's Director and Education Program Manager. Michael Skelly,
Sr. is President of Eco Living Fellowship, a member of the Board
of Directors for Northeast Sustainable Energy Association (NESEA),
and Vice-President of the Board of Directors of The Sustainable
Energy Association of New Jersey (SEA-NJ). He has assisted in running
the Tour de Sol for the last 9 years.
is the Electric Blue project's Technical Program Manager. Mike Strizki
is Lead Scientist at Millennium Cell and was the project leader
for the State of New Jersey Genesis and Venturer fuel cell vehicles
in two previous Tour de Sol events.
